COMPREHENSIVE ENERGY AUDIT
Analysis includes, visual thermal imaging coupled with a blower door of :
- Insulation in walls, ceilings and floors
- Air leaks at doors and windows
- Air leaks at outlets, plumbing and other penetrations to the outside
- Fenestration efficiency (Window glass)
- HVAC efficiency and duct leakage testing
Analysis also includes, inspection of :
- Lighting and lighting usage
- Service panel and sub-panels
- Energy use practices
- Appliance inventory and usage
- Water saving fixtures and usage
- Domestic hot water heating
- Ventilation and exhaust fans
- Health and safety concerns
Comprehensive Audit comes with a detailed report with recommendations for improvement, approximate energy cost savings based on the review of the data obtained in the usage portion of the audit and a recommended path to an EnergyStar (APS) or PowerWize (SRP) Compliant Home.
Pricing:
$ 400.00 for up to a 3000 sq. ft. home
($75.00 for ea, additional HVAC unit and 10 cents a sq. ft. above the base 3000 sq. ft.)
A post verification survey can be added to the comprehensive audit once any and/or all improvements have be made for an additional fee of $75.00
